The BNI Policies and Procedures Project is scheduled to start in January 2018, and will feature EMC Consultants working with BNI Bank to develop industry-compliant risk management processes for operational, market, credit, liquidity and other risks. It will also entail the developement of robust business continuity procedures for the bank.
