Dr. Tony Ayoola is an experienced consultant and educator, with degrees from Oxford and London Universities (BA, MA, MSc and PhD degrees).   He has engaged in management consultancy for over 30 years, and has worked in the United Kingdom, United States, Netherlands, Africa and the Middle East. He has acted as a consultant to several high-profile clients in Europe, notably Barclays Bank, Canon, British Petroleum, Shell, British Telecom, Essent and a number of local government authorities in the United Kingdom.  His current areas of interest include Oil & Gas energy-sector management, corporate governance & compliance, risk management, business analytics and informatics.   He has published books and several papers in these areas.  He was previously the Dean of the Business School at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah and the Postgraduate Programs/MBA Director at the University of Bolton RAK Campus, in the UAE.

Maureen Mutua is a highly qualified compliance subject matter expert. She has over 8 years of experience in the compliance sector and is certified in the prevention and detection of Money Laundering, Fraud, Enhanced Client Due Diligence and Corporate Governance. She has moderated compliance trainings and provided advisory consultancy in the Middle East and Africa. Her technical skills have helped to execute both investigative, data collection, and substantive follow-up analysis in Anti – Money Laundering and Enhanced Client Due Diligence.   Her experience and understanding of regulatory requirements, allows her to train and provide advisory services to banking institutions and organizations to adhere to regulatory laws and supervisory requirements. Maureen is a published author in the African compliance sector and has published articles on Money-Laundering, Enhanced Client Due Diligence, Fraud, Sanctions and Corporate Governance.

O consultor Nelson Santana, especialista na área de Compliance, com mas de 8 anos de experiência de área de Compliance, conhecedor da legislação local e das boas praticas internacionais. Desempenhou funções de gestão em Instituições Financeiras nacionais sempre na área de Compliance e de Governação. A sua experiencia e conhecimento de requisitos regulamentares locais e boas internacionais dotaram de habilidades fortes no que concerne a elaboração de normativos e mecanismos de controlo para mitigação de risco de Compliance e riscos inerentes.   Ao longo do seu percurso profissional colaborou com instituições internacionais como consultor em matéria de Compliance AML, bem como instituições nacionais, tendo desenvolvimento ferramentas de controlo de prevenção de Branqueamento de Capitais e Financiamento ao Terrorismo, com enfoque a gestão de PEPs, clientes de Alto Risco e Banca Corporativa de Investimento.

Nok Kidman-Bown has a Business Administration Degree from the University of Bolton (UK).  She is experienced in business start-up consultancy, and has mentored start-ups in several commercial sectors.  She is knowledgeable about entrepreneurial  and intrapreneurial issues, and has helped new companies craft viable developmental/business growth strategies.  She is also a skilled educational consultant and has provided consultancy services to the academic sector for several years.

Jacob Salihina has a Human Resource Management degree, as well as post-university Legal Studies qualifications. Jacob has worked as Human Resource Manager at a Customs Brokerage Office. In addition to standard HR functions, he helped with general office management. He was also Administrative Manager for a local organization for a number of years, and has acted in a consulting capacity on HR matters. He worked for over 7 years on key projects with organizations such as JT- Accounting and Consulting, DC and Associates customs Brokers, Guiwindre Services and Milenio Logistics & Consulting.

Benilde Muando has a degree in Marketing and Administration.  She has in excess of 7 years’ experience working in Sales and Marketing, as well as in Human Resource Management.  She previously carried out Sales promotion work with Bayport, and acted as Logistics & Marketing Coordinator at JB Business Consulting LDA.

Alex Ayoola has a managerial and technology background, and has worked for several years in the UK, offering high-level consultancy services in employment and educational sectors.  He has acted as Project Manager on a number of high-profile UK-Department of Work & Pensions, and European Erasmus+ funded schemes.   He is currently project-managing a culturally diverse Erasmus mobility project, acting as the lead EMC/HAWP consultant for a consortium made up of organizations  from Greece, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Romania, Russia and the United Kingdom.

Salim Sada has BSc Computing and MBA Degrees and is currently working part-time on his PhD.  He has provided Business advice and marketing consultancy to startups in Africa and the GCC/MENA Region.  His current professional interests include Big Data Analytics and Social-Media Gamification to enhance corporate e-Marketing.
